The base layer is primarily made up of calcium carbonate (stone powder), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and a tiny quantity of additives (including stabilizers and plasticizers), which are blended and compressed. It is free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, and complies with environmental protection standards (for instance, products with SGS and ISO certifications).

The surface of the Wear-Resistant Layer is coated with a UV coating or a wear-resistant layer (typically a transparent PVC layer), which boosts resistance to scratches and stains.

Color film layer: Print patterns such as wood grain, stone, and carpet to achieve diverse decorative effects.

Bottom layer: Optional IXPE or EVA buffer layer (some products come with it) to enhance foot feel, sound insulation, and moisture resistance.

Structural Characteristics
High compactness and robust hardness, with a thickness usually ranging from 4-8mm (the thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 0.3-0.7mm; the thicker this layer, the higher the wear resistance rating), making it suitable for areas with heavy foot traffic.

Locking Installation Method

Preparation Steps: Make sure the floor is even, dry, and tidy, without any dust, scraps, or uneven areas. If the floor is not flat, materials like self-leveling mortar should be used to smooth it out first. Based on the room's size and shape, reasonably plan the flooring's laying direction and arrangement to reduce cutting and waste as far as possible.

Installation Procedures: Begin from a corner of the room. Put the first flooring piece in place with its locking end facing the wall, positioning it gently. Line up the locking mechanism of the second piece with that of the first, then press down softly and push forward to ensure the two locking mechanisms fit snugly together. Use the same approach to lay the rest of the flooring pieces one after another. When coming across corners or obstacles, use a saw to cut the flooring to the right size for installation.
